Thank You for Purchasing a GTCO CalComp Large-Format Digitizer!
Please read and follow the instructions carefully to ensure delivery of your rebate check.

Instructions:

  1. Purchase a brand new GTCO CalComp large-format digitzer (20" by 24" or larger) from an authorized GTCO CalComp Reseller between October 1 and December 31, 2008.
  2. Complete a printed rebate form.
  3. Send your old digitizer's controller and transducer (pen, cursor or puck), along with the completed rebate form and a copy of the purchase invoice for your new digitizer to:

IMPORTANT! Rebate will not be processed unless we receive the following FOUR items:
Printed Rebate Form filled in completely
Copy of Purchase Invoice for new digitizer
Controller from old digitizer
Transducer (pen, cursor or puck) from old digitizer
Rebate program for large-format digitizers only. Both the newly purchased GTCO CalComp digitizer and the old trade-in digitizer (any brand) must be 20" by 24" or larger. Old and new digitizers can be different sizes.

Please allow up to 8 weeks for processing.

GTCO CalComp reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time. The new digitizer may not be returned for refund once the rebate claim has been submitted. Only purchases made by an end-user customer from an authorized GTCO CalComp Reseller in the United States and its territories and Canada are valid. Purchases by GTCO CalComp Resellers are ineligible. Offer void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.
